The Philadelphia Doll & Teddy Bear Convention will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton near the Philadelphia Airport.

Embassy Suites by Hilton offers 2 room suites with either a king bed or two doubles, complimentary breakfast and evening social and complimentary parking (a $25 value) with the group rate of $162+ taxes.

Discounted day guests parking (first two hours complimentary) $10.00/day. Day guests must pay for their parking at the hotel front desk.

There are a limited number of Doubles, so if you are looking for 2 beds in a room, make your reservation soon. The hotel will be sold out during this popular time of the year

Reservations must be made by April 1, 2024 after which reservations will be accepted on a space and current rate basis. Calling the hotel before the cut-off date does not guarantee rooms will be available at our special group rate as the hotel is not required to honor this special rate after our block of rooms has been filled, so reserve your room early. You can always cancel it. For more information about the hotel, go to Embassy Suites website If you wish to arrive earlier than May 1 or stay beyond May 5 the rate will be honored on a case to case basis based on availability. Make your reservation for May 1-5 and then contact the hotel and speak with Allison Cole to add the extra days.
