If you are not able to join us for the auction on Friday August 13 at the feast send this registration form so that TBAI can assign someone to act as proxy bidder on your behalf. Specify your maximum bid amount, and which bear (Mad Hatter or Alice.) That amount is kept secret and is your proxy bid. TBAI will bid for you, only enough to outbid other bidders. This will continue until someone outbids your maximum bid, the auction ends, or you win the auction. Your proxy bid will never exceed your maximum bid amount. The winning bid will be the highest bid, as determined by the TBAI Committee. Shipping charges will be added to the total bid amount if you are high bidder.

Proxy bid registration must be received by August 10, 2010 at 4:00 pm, U.S. Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

All proxy bids will be confirmed by e-mail, if you have not heard from me, I did not receive your bid.
